Dear Supreme Court Of India,
Yesterday, you had refused to entertain a plea seeking probe and prosecution of various terrorists including Yasin Malik, Bitta Karate, etc for Mass Murder of 'Kashmiri Pandits' during 1989-90.
Unfortunately, the reason you gave was that after almost 27 years, you are finding it difficult to gather Evidences in Cases even after more than 215 FIRs since long.
No worries! Agniveer is there to help the honorable Judiciary System.
Please have a look on attached Video where Bitta Karate (now Farooq Ahmad Dar, Chairman JKLF) himself is confessing about his active involvement in the Exodus of Kashmiri Hindus. He says his first victim was 'Satish Kumar Tikkoo', a Pandit, also his neighbor & he does not even remember how many he murdered! Can you imagine, how big culprit is he? Can you imagine the number of families got shattered because of this Bloody Murderer? Can you imagine the Blood Stains of Kashmiri Hindus still in his hands?

Interviewer : I have noticed something very strange about you. You have many cases of killings registered against you and yet India is very lenient with you allowing you to move freely within India and abroad all the time?
Yasin : They realize that they can not put me behind bars all the time. They have tried it previously many a time, but failed.
Since long people have been losing faith in Judiciary of India. Many judges have said this.
You have shown your ample availability in Dahi Handi Heights, BCCI Circus, Navratri Garba, Ganpati Visarjan DJ, Water in Holi, Crackers in Diwali & other crucial matters. Why there is lack of time and evidences on other at least "equally" crucial matters like Exodus of Kashmiri Pandits, Ram Janma Bhoomi, Triple Talaq, Kinara Masjid, UCC, etc?
We have great respect for our esteemed judiciary and would strive to ease your burden. Kindly review the evidences that we hope are sufficient to begin the probe. Your proactivity in such matters will go a long way in restoring trust on judiciary.
Hang all the Culprits immediately as everything is clear under 'Suo Motto'. And in case if you want more Witnesses in the Case, there are Lacs of Kashmiri Hindus, forced to leave their Home Land & become Refugees in their own Country. Kindly, hear & feel their Pain & give Justice & Save this Country from Devil Terrorists.
Agniveer promises its Kashmiri Sisters and Brothers, we will not be dumb, deaf, blind monkeys. Support us and we will make the cases opened and closed the way they should have been.
We also believe our Honorable Home Minister who is proud of Kashmiriyat will do needful to guarantee that government puts all its machinery in place to not only have the case opened but all evidences meticulously collected (and not erased). We will be watching for examples from our representatives that we will replicate on them when elections come.
